Horse Sponsorship
Stallion Sponsorship
This sponsorship includes basically everything. It would include you covering the cost to rescue the horse (which is refundable when the horse is adopted out, or you can roll it over into another horse), cover the cost for all the feed & hay at about 200.00 a month, farrier (feet) work at 25.00 every 6 weeks, vet bills with a predetermined cap. and help with other yearly expenses if possible. As a Stallion Sponsor, you are entitled to "Name" your sponsored animal. We will also email you progress reports on your horse as long as it's in our care. If the sponsor is a business or corporation the business logo can also be included next to the animal's description and the name of the donor. With this membership, this IS your horse until he gets adopted out of our rescue. being a "sponsor" you would be an active volunteer who is able to "check up" on this horse a few times a year unannounced, once it is adopted. If the horse is not being fed or treated right, you decide to bring the horse back to the rescue. If you do not live close enough to do this, you could appoint one of the volunteers at the rescue to do this for you. Your name(and pic if you want) will go on the horses profile as it's sponsor & how you have sponsored. Updates of your donations will be posted on the message boards so others can see how this program works. Once we have adopted out YOUR horse, you can decide to get the money back that you "paid" for the horse (not the monthly expenses) or you can choose to roll it over onto another horse. This is an awesome program.
Mare Sponsorship
This sponsorship includes paying the monthly expenses associated with the horse you choose to sponsor. Sponsorship costs are listed under the pic of every horse waiting to be adopted. Sponsors names (and pic) will be included on the website under the photo of the horse they helped to purchase. If the sponsor is a business or corporation the business logo can also be included next to the animal's description and the name of the donor. We will also email you progress reports on your horse as long as it's in our care. Updates of your donations will be posted on the message boards so others can see how this program works. Once we have adopted out YOUR horse, you can decide to sponsor another horse of your choice or opt out. This is also awesome way to "own" a horse when you have no place to keep one.
Filly Sponsorship
This sponsorship helps cover the costs of maintaining a horse in the care of PCER. This will help to cover some of the costs of feed, hay, farrier, and vet care for the animal during the time they are in rescue. Sponsors names will be included on the website under the photo of the horse they sponsor. $50 per month is the cost of this sponsorship. If the horse you choose to sponsor ends up adopted out you are welcome to transfer your filly sponsorship onto another horse. All your donations will be posted in the message boards with your name & your horse. You can also read about the progress of your horse on the horse's profile
Pony Sponsorship
This sponsorship covers part of the costs associated with the care of the animals while they are with us at PCER. It covers some of the costs of food, hay Farrier and medical care. The cost of this sponsorship is $25 per month. No amount is ever too small! With this sponsorship, your name will be posted with your horse and your donation will be posted at our message board. You will find progress reports in your horses profile. We would love to see a lot of these sponsorships, as many WILL be needed.
